Yoga+

oooh i was able to try Yoga this week for the first time \m/ it was a 90 minutes session. we begin with child pose then a lot of standing postures. i wanted to give-up on the first 30mins. to someone who have been laaazy for such a long time with no exercise. aside from walking :D all that stretching have shaken me to the bones! my sweats drops like bombs to the mat. and the heat of the room O_O a little more and im gonna need to really walkout of the room. but thank God. the instrucor, Aiza, with a cool tattoo on her lower back. have finally opened the doors. then some of the windows. and then we begin the second set. more sitting. kneeling. and more rest! “savasana” of course i couldnt understand some of her words. i just copy what most were doing. :D and on the next 60mins. it was easy breezy. i mean i can catchup. even if some position hurts. i felt so light after the session. must be bcoz of all the water ive loss. like i still have strength for a 5km run. it was really such a great feeling after the session. plus it’s healthy too! ^^

i thought Yoga was just all about meditation and ohmmm ohmmm sounds in a comfy relax sitting position. closed eyes. trying to release your soul/spirit to the world then have it come back to you troubled free. and have moves like Tai Chi. :)) looking at the postures, they are not as easy as they seemed to be.

but maybe that shake to the left looks easy :))
